Reservation
Reservation is binding on our account after receipt of the written confirmation and receipt of the deposit (min. 30% depending on the reservation period).
The balance is payable on the day of arrival when you receive your registration.

only binding after written confirmation, the automatic booking receipt does not constitute a reservation confirmation.
Arrival and departure
Suite, apartments and rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 pm onwards.
Please let us know if you arrive later than 6 pm.
The departure is to be done by 10.30 am
Garbage/waste - you dispose your waste in the appropriate container and leave your home properly, otherwise we charge for time consuming aftercleaning additional € 50.00.
Payment
In cash (EURO), all daily rates are exclusive of the local tourist tax.
Cancellation
Only written cancellations will be accepted.
Cancellation up to three months before arrival is free.
Cancellation up to one month prior to arrival cost 60% of the agreed total price
Cancellation up to one week prior to arrival cost 80% of the total price - afterwards 90%.
For late arrival / early departure we charge the full daily rate, we charge the full room rate (100%).
Insurance
For special cases, we recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance.
