Enjoy your vacation in our exclusive non-smoking guesthouse in a quiet sunny location (all seasons) with a clear panoramic view, sun terrace, sunbathing in the park protected lawn with gazebo and covered barbecue area.
For a fee we offer services for washing machine, dryer and sauna. Free of charge safety deposit box, hairdryer, W-LAN, parking space or carport, on demand cot and highchair, storage for motorcycle, bike, ski and toboggan. Equipped with vacuum cleaner, electric iron with ironing board and cleaners. Pets only on request!
Mrs. Magdalena Eiband offer bakery good service in the morning, or offer also breakfast on request 7,00 Euro per person for our guests.

Shops, restaurants, bus stop, park with bandstand, swimming pool with whirlpool / sauna, mini golf, cog railroad station Zugspitz and train station were within walking distance.
Beautiful promenade, walking-tours, hiking, bike trails and in winter cross country trails and classic skiing areas were located near the guesthouse.
